Core

Processor core – is a part of processor, that contains main functions and chip modules. This part of processor executes one stream of assembler commands. The core typically has a proper abbreviation or name. Because of core modification the revisions of core are recognized. Core modifications are related to list of processor commands, processor frequency (400 or 533 MHz) and errors in software. Serial number of the processor revision is available by internal command: cpuid.

List of processor core main modules contains next positions: micro architecture of processor core, amount of cache, frequency, power potential, chip area, industry technology, multiply coefficient and maximum temperature.

Because of core components importance this part of processor is the main characteristic of the whole computer.
